Affidavit of Support I-134) do seu noivo.
A. renda exigida:
- Família de duas pessoas: $19,387/ ano;
- Família de três pessoas: $24,412/ ano;
- Família de quatro pessoas: $29,437/ ano;
Aqui vocês encontram todas as
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:
(a) EMPLOYER LETTER:
obtain a letter from your employer (from your employer or the office
manager, or director of human resources, on their letterhead, with a date),
stating:
* how long
you have been an employee (i.e. your date of hire),
* what your
position is, and
* your rate
of pay and/or annual salary;
(b) PAY STUBS (for the last month at least);
(c) TAX
RETURNS (+ W-2’s) or TAX TRANSCRIPTS:
send copies of your federal tax returns for 2012, 2011, & 2010. Be
sure to attach any W-2s, income statements, 1099s which you would have
attached to the tax return [if not from employment, this would indicate the
source of your income].
IMPORTANT NOTES:
TAX TRANSCRIPTS:
If you don’t have copies of your tax returns, or if your tax returns
are bulky (i.e. over 5 pages), then please obtain TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPTS from
the IRS—these are easy to get, are compact, and definitive. You can call the
IRS, and request TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPTS (be sure to ask for TAX RETURN
TRANSCRIPTS, and not just tax transcripts)—tell them these are for an
immigration case and there will NOT be any charge.
NOTE: if you filed a tax return
with an ex-spouse, be sure to include your W-2 form along with the tax return transcript.
We will need to know what your contribution to joint income you made.
SELF-EMPLOYED:
If you are self-employed, you'll need
(a) copies of your
bank statements for the last 12 months, showing deposits;
(b) copies of the
last 3 years’ TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPTS;
(c) copies of your
personal TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPTS;
Kisses!
